ekg_sync
Table with EKG data synchronized to a main clock with fixed frequency. The start and end timestamps of the main clock spans across all the tasks in the experiment.
Column descriptions
- group_session
- Group session ID
- frequency
- Frequency of the samples (main clock frequency).
- station
- The iMac that the participant was stationed at.
- id
- Sequential ID of the sample.
- timestamp_unix
- The Unix timestamp of the event.
- timestamp_iso8601
- The ISO-8601 timestamp of the event.
- ekg
- Pre-processed (FIR band-pass filtered) EKG signal value.
- heart_rate
- Instantaneous heart rate derived from the EKG signal (NeuroKit2).
